Go to Account Settings > Security > Close Account. Confirm your choice; your account becomes inactive immediately. All personal data is purged within 30 days, though we keep transaction records for compliance. You can reopen a new account anytime after 30 days.

Contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction. Provide your account ID, date, amount and payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). We verify the transaction with our payment partner and reply within 5 business days with a resolution.

No. We receive a one-time token from each payment provider, never your actual account details. After each deposit or withdrawal, we delete the token. Your funds stay in your own wallet — we only facilitate the transfer.
